Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines for using Telereacher. By using our service, you agree to comply with this policy. This policy is designed to protect our users, our platform, and the broader community.

2. One Account Per Person

The following are considered violations:

• Creating multiple accounts using different email addresses or phone numbers
• Creating accounts for other people without their knowledge or consent
• Using fake or temporary email/phone services to create additional accounts
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to circumvent account detection
• Sharing account credentials with others
• Purchasing, selling, or transferring accounts

Consequences: All accounts associated with the violator will be immediately suspended and permanently banned. Any accumulated seats, referral bonuses, or free access periods will be forfeited with no refund.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not use Telereacher to create, distribute, or facilitate:

• Spam or unsolicited bulk messages
• Phishing, scams, or fraudulent content
• Malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Illegal content or content that promotes illegal activities
• Harassment, hate speech, or threats of violence
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Sexually explicit or exploitative content
• Content that promotes self-harm or violence
• Misinformation or deceptive content

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the service
• Circumventing rate limits, security measures, or access controls
• Using automated scripts or bots in ways not authorized by us
• Overloading or disrupting our infrastructure
• Scraping or harvesting data from our platform
• Reselling or redistributing our service without authorization
• Using the service to violate Telegram's Terms of Service

5. Referral Program Abuse

The following referral activities are prohibited:

• Self-referrals using your own code for additional accounts
• Creating fake accounts to generate referral bonuses
• Incentivizing referrals through unauthorized means
• Using bots or automated systems to generate referrals
• Sharing referral codes through spam or unsolicited messages
• Fraudulently claiming referral rewards

6. Responsible Messaging

When using Telereacher for outreach, you must:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding electronic communications
• Honor opt-out requests and maintain appropriate suppression lists
• Identify yourself clearly in communications
• Not misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Respect recipients' privacy and preferences
• Follow Telegram's platform rules and guidelines

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violations of this policy, please report them immediately through ourTelegram community. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

8. Enforcement

We reserve the right to take any of the following actions for violations:

• Warning the user
• Temporarily suspending the account
• Permanently terminating the account
• Removing content
• Reporting to law enforcement authorities
• Pursuing legal action

The severity of enforcement depends on the nature and frequency of violations. Some violations, such as creating multiple accounts, will result in immediate permanent ban.

9. Appeals

If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, you may appeal by contacting us through our Telegram community. Appeals will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and our decision is final.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
