1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Telereacher ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Account Registration

To use Telereacher, you must create an account. By creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

3. One Account Policy

IMPORTANT: One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to create and maintain only ONE (1) Telereacher account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in:

  • Immediate suspension of all associated accounts
  • Permanent ban from the Telereacher platform
  • Forfeiture of any seats, referral bonuses, or free access periods
  • No refund for any paid services

We actively monitor for duplicate accounts using various methods including but not limited to: phone number verification, email verification, device fingerprinting, and IP address analysis. Any attempt to circumvent these measures will be treated as a violation.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use Telereacher only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Impersonate any person or entity

5. Referral Program

Telereacher offers a referral program that allows users to earn additional seats. By participating:

  • You may only share your referral code with real individuals who have consented to receive it
  • Self-referrals (using your own referral code for another account) are prohibited
  • Fraudulent referrals will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all earned benefits
  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time

6. Free Access Period

Users who join the waitlist may be eligible for a free access period upon launch. This free access period is subject to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to revoke free access for any violation of these Terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TELEREACHER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
